Yes — Paw Bliss runs by appointment only so each pet gets unhurried, one-on-one care. Most slots fill up 1–2 weeks in advance; for weekends, book earlier.

It’s an estimate. Final pricing is confirmed after a short in-person assessment of coat condition, behavior, and time needed. We always tell you before adding any add-on.

Absolutely. We never rush, never restrain forcefully. We take breaks, use treats, and pause if your pup needs a minute. Send notes about triggers ahead of time and we’ll prep accordingly.

Yes! We do gentle bath, blow-dry, sanitary trim, nail care, and lion cuts on cooperative cats. Cat grooming is by separate appointment so the studio is quiet.

Puppies under 4 months get a flat $30 intro session — relaxed, short, treat-filled. We focus on positive first experiences over a perfect haircut.

Bath & Tidy is ~90 min (double coats take longer). A Full Groom is 2–3 hrs depending on size and coat. We never double-book, so you’ll know exactly when to come back.

Free cancellation up to 24 hrs before. Cancellations within 24 hrs are charged 50%, since we held that slot just for you.
